Field Update: Sunday 8/9 is the last week to get the Tempeh Noodle Kit!
Let's make super seasonal summer noodles with guidance from Liv at Toki Underground! For this noodle kit, Toki is making the super umptuous sesame sauce + chili crisp topping, local farmers are growing the rest of the goods, and you're cooking at home to make noodles packed with summer spirit!
We've been perfecting our tempeh making process for the past year! We're SO excited to give you the first taste of it. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian fermented food made from soybeans. It absorbs flavor well, cooks up beautifully with crisp edges + is high in protein. Crispy tempeh is the perfect addition to summer noodles.
This pasta kit is great for two folks + leftovers. If you're making a salad or side for your table, it will feed 3-4 people. Vegan friendly! Takes less than 45 minutes! You can eat this dish cold or hot!

- tempeh: we've been practicing our tempeh process for the last year! The organic soybeans are grown in Maryland by Next Step Produce.

- cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs: all grown by Path Valley Farms (PA)
