Ingredients: Daikon, water, apple cider vinegar, salt, ginger, garlic, chiles, Szechuan peppercorns, cumin, sesame oil, star anise, calcium salt
Vegan, gluten-free and made with healthy, Virginia apple cider vinegar.
When cucumbers aren't as readily available during the colder winter months, we source daikon radishes that can grow locally in the cold from Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania farms. Our winter 2020/2021 daikon radishes were grown by ecoganic Earth Spring Farm. We love Farmer Mike + met him at the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market! He has worked tirelessly to figure out the best growing methods to grow our daikon radishes :)
