Let's make super seasonal spring pasta with guidance from Chef Rob Rubba! Rob is making the pasta, local farmers are growing the rest of the goods, and you're cooking at home to make a pasta packed with spring spirit!
Rob's pasta will be the base for wild stinging nettles + ramps from Path Valley Farms. The Oyster Oyster chef wouldn't live up to his name if we didn't add in oyster mushrooms from King Mushroom Farm. And, what is pasta without cheese? Our buddies at Georges Mill Farm are providing fresh chevre to complete our spring pasta dish.
This pasta kit is great for two folks + leftovers. If you're making a salad or side for your table, it will feed 4 people.
