Let's make super seasonal spring pasta with guidance from Chef Rob Rubba! Rob is making the pasta, local farmers are growing the rest of the goods, and you're cooking at home to make a pasta packed with spring spirit!

Rob's pasta will be the base for wild stinging nettles + ramps from Path Valley Farms. The Oyster Oyster chef wouldn't live up to his name if we didn't add in oyster mushrooms from King Mushroom Farm. And, what is pasta without cheese? Our buddies at Georges Mill Farm are providing fresh chevre to complete our spring pasta dish.

This pasta kit is great for two folks + leftovers. If you're making a salad or side for your table, it will feed 4 people.

And in case you don't normally add stinging nettles and ramps to your pasta dishes - fear not! Rob will be our guide! Your spring pasta kit will include written guidance + recipe from Rob. If you're more of a visual learner, check our instagram highlights once you receive your kit of

  • pasta: 1 lb of pasta handmade by Chef Rob Rubba. Pasta shape TBD by Chef + his family.
  • wild stinging nettles: 1/2 lb bag from Path Valley Farms (PA)
  • oyster mushrooms: 1/2 lb of beautiful oyster mushrooms from King Mushroom Farm (MD)
  • wild ramps: 1 bunch from Path Valley Farms
  • fresh chevre: 1 container from George's Mill Farm (VA

Path Valley Farms is a farming cooperative in Pennsylvania! Path Valley Farms is a true collective, owned by the growers and operating with the intention of keeping families working together at home! We all work with the goal of growing tasty food on healthy land that will be sustained through the generations.

Their gem-like vegetables are beloved by many area chefs (and us!). Read more about Path Valley Farms Coop here.
