Kimchi is Korea's national ferment. Our Sons Kimchi is a traditional kimchi with squares of napa cabbage and thin juliennes of daikon radish. Smooth and the right amount of spicy from plenty of garlic, ginger, onion, and Korean chili powder. This kimchi receives two thumbs up from kimchi beginners to kimchi aunties for its smooth and well-rounded flavor.
Try this kimchi in the middle of a grilled cheese or quesadilla. No fish here, this is vegan friendly!

Fermentation Time: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.
