This week the TUG crew is offering house-made casarecce with cranberry beans and escarole, finished with Calabrian chili breadcrumbs.

Each kit includes 1 lb of fresh pasta, 1 pint of cranberry beans and escarole, and Calabrian chili breadcrumb topping. This kit easily makes 3-4 servings. Cooking instructions are provided.

This is a wonderful way to bring the pleasure of a Tail Up Goat dinner to your home, as well as support and honor the restaurant workers who are struggling because of COVID-19: because we want to make sure we're taking care of the people who make our food possible, 10% of each sale will go toward RAMW and Educated Eats' Worker Relief Fund, which is helping restaurant workers in the DC metro.
