Our bagels have a pleasant wheat flavor and just right bagel texture. Steph has developed a bagel recipe that uses a blend of locally milled flours and a long fermentation to make the ideal bagel. The satisfying crust comes from being traditionally boiled before baking. Contrary to some lighthearted jokes about bagels, ours do not eat heavily. Stone baked daily.
Throw in some cream cheese and you are good.
