Every winter, we have tried a white kimchi recipe. Our 2020-21 Snow Miso Kimchi is the best yet! Mild, but not bland, with PLENTY of flavor from the green onion, ginger, and White Rose miso, which is locally made in Pennsylvania from all mid-Atlantic ingredients.

Ingredients: nape cabbage, daikon, carrots, onions, green onion, White Rose miso (water, organic soybeans, organic koshihikari, rice, salt, koji spore), onion, garlic, ginger, salt, calcium salt
Fermentation Time: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slightly fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.
Vegan, gluten-free and naturally probiotic, brimming with good bacteria.
