Spicy Organic Mixed Greens
Your everyday salad greens, but spicy. You’ll receive a mix of whatever is best and most abundant, so your salads will always taste new and exciting. Greens this good need nothing more than a sprinkling of salt, a drizzle of oil and a splash of vinegar, but they also play well in any type of salad creation you make. Their spice and punch would go particularly well with acidic fruit or a gingery vinaigrette.

Nutritional value: Tatsoi is high in vitamin C and loaded with calcium. Arugula is rich in vitamin K. Mizuna and red mustard greens are high in vitamins A, C and K, as well as antioxidants.
