Breadfurst's levain campagne is traditional country bread made with whole rye, whole wheat & organic flours. Often a bit sour - this bread is similar to a sourdough.

This is a hefty loaf clocking in around 1.25 pounds! We recommend storing it in a brown paper bag. Extra amazing when toasted! Eat within a few days. Great to make croutons or panzanella after its prime.
