Our Clean Kraut is pure cured cabbage and salt. Simply sauer and crunchier than any store-bought kraut! We cut our kraut so it's thin but not floss-y. Number 1 Mom likes to eat this with her eggs in the morning and adds it to salads that need a sauer or crunchy note. Kraut isn't just for summer grilling, try topping soups with a bit of tangy sauerkraut.
Ingredients: Cabbage, salt
Fermentation time: Around one month. Our sauerkraut is fermented in barrels until the right balance of sauer and crunch is perfected. No soft and soggy sauerkraut here!
