It can always be spicier! Kicky Kimchi is similar to our Sons Kimchi but with extra spice. Squares of napa cabbage and rounds of daikon radish are fermented in garlic, onion and ginger with extra chili. Try it in kimchi deviled eggs. It's equally delicious in a rice bowl with veggies and a 6-minute jammy egg with sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
