Bet you didn't know that a classic salsa verde recipe could be made just a bit better with...fermentation! Our Salsa So Verde is tangy and sour. The right amount of heat. It's only here for a short time each summer when it's tomatillo season! This is an OG #1 Sons fan fav.
Use: mix with mayo/yogurt/crema/something creamy for an awesome sandwich spread. Mix with guacamole (optional to add lime, salt, etc) for a quick, creamy guacamole!
Ingredients: Tomatillos, onions, garlic, jalapenos, salt
Fermentation time: around a week
