Our desert island bread. Super versatile. Yi Wah first had Mark Furstenberg's palladin bread when he worked at Citronelle. Palladin bread is name after French chef Jean-Louis Palladin.
Breadfurst's palladin rolls are a traditional roll, similar to a ciabatta. This 4-pack of palladin rolls is ready to be sliced open and topped with some veggies, kraut + maybe perhaps you can put an egg on it ;)
Each roll is about 5 ounces. We highly recommend warming up this bread before eating!
